We should have contact instructions on nether.wiki for the following groups:

  1. Users - Support & Abuse
  2. Homeserver Admins - We should have an easy way for other homeserver admins to contact us aside from the abuse email in case something happens. We should work with other homeserver admins if it is discovered someone is abusing our server for malicious purposes like spam. Avoid blunt instruments like ACL blocks.
  3. Law Enforcement - As part of a playbook we should have a procedure in place for dealing with any law enforcement requests
  4. General Inquires - A procedure for all other inquiries.
