Related direction in #21: storage ruling proposed as btrfs on Guix hosts (snapshots/CoW without the out-of-tree ZFS module treadmill), Incus-level instance snapshots for tenants, and fault tolerance defined as time-to-rebuild — aggressive off-node state backups (≥2 nodes + off-fleet) rather than replicated storage.
