Commet already lets you reorder spaces and group them into folders (upstream #999, synced via chat.commet.sidebar_ordering in #1063). On desktop it's hard to find because the drag is a LongPressDraggable: you must press and hold before anything moves. Discord starts the drag as soon as you move the mouse.

Do

  • Desktop: drag starts on mouse move (plain Draggable). Mobile keeps long-press.
  • Fix MatrixSidebarEntriesComponent.loadFromContent: when one saved space isn't found it returns, so the saved order of every space after it is dropped. Leaving one space (or a space not loaded yet at startup) scrambles the rest. Skip that entry instead.
  • Remove the stray print(content).

Upstream check 2026-10-08: no open Commet issue/PR covers this.
