Like Discord's "Mutual Servers" and "Mutual Friends" tabs: the profile card / user popup should list the spaces and rooms you share with that person.

How

Entirely client-side, from rooms the user has already joined. No new API or MSC.

For each joined room, check whether the other user's membership is join. Use the member lists we already load, and lazy-load members where they're missing instead of fetching every room on open.
Group the results: spaces first (a space counts if the person is in the space itself, or in any room inside it), then rooms outside any shared space, then DMs.
Each entry opens that space or room.
Show a count on the profile card ("4 mutual spaces"), with the full list one tap away.

Notes

Large accounts have hundreds of rooms: compute lazily, cache per user, and refresh as membership changes arrive in sync.
Only list rooms the viewer is actually joined to. Never include invites or rooms they've left.
Nothing on Commet's tracker covers this (checked 2026-10-06).
