nether.pw now runs Vaultwarden (2026.6.0, registration closed), so this moves it from Reserved For Future Use to In Use in the docs domain list.

The docs section only existed on beta until now, so this also promotes content/docs/_index.md and the Documentation nav link in site/wiki/template.html to master — without the unreviewed article content that is also on beta. The same domain-list change is merged to beta already, so the two copies of the file are identical.
