System tray icon: keep running in the tray when the window is closed #17

Why

Discord, Telegram, Element and nearly every chat app keep running with a tray icon when you close the window, so you still get messages and calls. Commet only has a "minimize on close" setting (preferences.minimizeOnClose, window_management.dart), which minimises the window. There's no tray icon, and closing otherwise quits the app.

Plan

  1. Tray icon on Linux and Windows with the Vommet logo, plus an unread badge or dot variant when there are unread mentions.
  2. Tray menu: Show Vommet, Mute/Unmute (the app already has mute shortcuts), Quit.
  3. Close-to-tray setting, on by default on desktop, like Discord: closing the window hides it; clicking the tray icon brings it back; Quit really exits.
  4. Candidate package: tray_manager (leanflutter, Linux + Windows + macOS). On Linux it uses StatusNotifierItem/AppIndicator, so the Flatpak manifest needs the D-Bus permission for the tray (--talk-name=org.kde.StatusNotifierWatcher) and the indicator library in the runtime or built as a module.
  5. GNOME has no tray by default (it needs the AppIndicator extension). There, fall back to minimise-on-close and say so in the setting's description.

Acceptance

On KDE/Windows: closing the window leaves a Vommet icon in the tray; new messages still notify; clicking the icon restores the window; Quit from the tray menu exits.

Filed with LLM assistance. This is a fork-only issue; never refile it on Commet's tracker.
