Open Telegram/Signal sticker links in Vommet (share target) #18

Why

Tester expectation: tap a https://t.me/addstickers/<pack> link and pick Vommet instead of Telegram. Today Vommet doesn't register for these links at all; you have to open Settings › Account › Emoticons (or a room's Emoticons settings) › Import pack and paste the link.

Constraints

  • Android, https://t.me/...: an app can declare an intent filter for https://t.me/addstickers/*, but since Android 12 unverified web-link filters don't show up in the "Open with" chooser by default: links open in the browser (or Telegram, which owns t.me), and the user would have to enable "Open supported links" for Vommet manually in system settings. Not something testers will find.
  • tg://addstickers?set=…: registering the tg: scheme would fight Telegram for it; not acceptable.
  • Desktop: same scheme conflict (x-scheme-handler/tg).

Plan

  1. Share target (main path). Accept text/URL shares on Android (ACTION_SEND text/plain; the app already uses receive_intent) and, if the shared text contains a Telegram or Signal sticker-pack link, open the import dialog with the link filled in and a picker for which room/space/account pack to add it to. "Share → Vommet" from Telegram's pack menu or from the browser then works without fighting over links.
  2. Clipboard hint. When the import dialog opens and the clipboard holds a sticker-pack link, pre-fill it.
  3. Optional web-link filter for https://t.me/addstickers/* and https://signal.art/addstickers/* on Android, documented as "enable 'Open supported links' for Vommet in Android settings".
  4. Desktop: a "Import sticker pack…" entry in the emoji picker that opens the dialog (no link handler).

Acceptance

On Android, in Telegram open a sticker pack › Share › Vommet → Vommet opens the import dialog with that pack loaded and lets you choose where to add it.
