Upstream: commetchat/commet#1052, commetchat/commet#1007

Audio files sent as .opus (Ogg/Opus, MIME audio/opus or audio/ogg; codecs=opus) and .m4a render as download-only attachments instead of the inline player. Several clients send voice notes this way, so they need a download to play. This pairs with our voice messages (#15): match on MIME type and extension and route them to the inline audio player.

Imported from Commet's tracker during the 2026-10-05 triage. As of that date it was open upstream with no assignee and no open PR. Nothing gets posted back to their tracker. If upstream fixes it first, close this issue and drop our patch on the next rebase (record the change in VOMMET_CHANGES.md).
